About this meditation
Soft Window Gaze uses long, relaxed vision to settle the nervous system. You sit or stand near a window or any open view, and let your eyes rest on something further away than arm's length — trees, sky, buildings, or street. There is no analysis, no narration. The eyes stay open and the gaze stays soft. This practice borrows from how the body naturally calms when it can see beyond an immediate, narrow space.
Keep your practice comfortable. You can pause, stop, or return to natural breathing whenever you need.
A LITTLE CALM. ALWAYS WITH YOU.
