About this meditation
Inner Point of Focus uses a subtle internal location, such as the space behind the forehead or chest center, as a quiet anchor. With eyes closed, you place attention there softly and observe pressure, warmth, blankness, or movement without exaggerating it. The central skill is inward stabilization: holding one delicate reference point without turning it into fantasy or tension. The narrow field makes small shifts easier to detect.
Keep your practice comfortable. You can pause, stop, or return to natural breathing whenever you need.
