About this meditation
Belly Breathing places attention on the lower ribs, abdomen, and slow expansion of the belly. You practice letting the inhale move downward and the exhale soften the trunk instead of lifting the shoulders. The work is mechanical and sensory: recognizing shallow chest patterns, using the diaphragm, and linking breathing with a calmer body signal. This gives relaxation a physical pathway.
Keep your practice comfortable. You can pause, stop, or return to natural breathing whenever you need.
A LITTLE CALM. ALWAYS WITH YOU.
